Spring 2023 Retreats

Thank you for your patience!! I have officially caught up with processing the Spring 2023 registrations! This means that I have sent a confirmation email and invoice to each person who registered for the March, April, and May retreats. If you registered for a Spring retreat but did not receive either the confirmation email, the invoice, or both, please first check your junk mail and promotions folders. If you still don't find them, please reach out to me ASAP so we can get you squared away.

The March retreat in Auburn, NY currently has 4 spots left. The April and May retreats in East Aurora are both sold out. Please contact me if you'd like to be added to the waitlist for any particular retreat. Quite a few people really do get in off the waitlist for each and every retreat. If a spot opens up and you are next on the list, I would contact you to see if you want the spot. If so, we will take care of registration and payment at that time. If at that time, you decide not to take the spot, that is completely fine!

I am sorry for any technical issues you had with the registration form. I have heard and felt your frustration and am working to make things smoother for next time! 

I expect to open registration for the Fall 2023 retreats in March of 2023. Some changes will be in place to ensure that registration goes smoothly for everyone. These changes will include a new platform for registration forms. (I may be reaching out to some of you who experienced trouble with the current forms, asking for your help testing out the new forms.)

Also, I will be asking everyone to only register for one of the three fall retreats to start. Once I finish processing all of the registrations from this first round, I will then begin accepting registrations for a 2nd retreat. Again after processing all of the registrations from this 2nd round, I will accept registrations for anyone who would like to attend a 3rd Fall 2023 retreat.

I was overwhelmed by how quickly the retreats filled up and thank you all for continuing to make our retreats so fulfilling! My goal is to keep the retreats going, only with a smoother registration process!
