On Saturday, October 24, Marissa will be with us offering chair massages from 12pm to 5pm. A sign up sheet will be on the admin table when you arrive at the retreat. The cost is $1 per minute in 15 minute increments, payable directly to Marissa. She accepts cash, check, and credit card. 30 min max per person please until everyone has had a chance to sign up. There is a chance that Stephanie will be joining us to offer chair massages on Friday, October 23 as well. I will post on FaceBook once that is confirmed.

 Registration for the Spring retreats is now open!
March 18-21 in Auburn, NY April 8-11 in East Aurora, NY April 29-May 2 in East Aurora, NY A registration form and first payment of $100 is all that is needed to hold your spot. Registration can be completed and payment made all on the website and it only takes a few minutes! If you prefer to print and mail your form with a check, the form can also be found on the website. I am limiting each retreat to 50 people due to NYS restrictions due to Covid. I expect that the retreats may sell out quickly due to the limited seating. Keep this in mind when deciding how to register. Registering and paying online is the quickest way to reserve your spot. If you mail your form and/or a check, there is a chance the retreat may sell out before your mail gets to me. If you are not sure how to register online, reach out to me and I'll walk you through it. If the NYS restrictions are lifted on the size of gatherings, I will open the remaining seats at that time. Hope to see you at a spring retreat! In March 2021 we will hold our first weekend retreat in Auburn, NY. Auburn is located in the Fingerlakes, at the northern tip of Owasco Lake. Don't panic! We will continue to hold multiple weekend retreats in our beloved East Aurora, NY several times per year. Auburn will be one more weekend retreat to choose from. There are some similarities and some differences between Auburn and East Aurora. The layout of the hotel is very similar with our crop room being connected to the hotel, yet set apart from the main lobby and rest of the hotel. There is a restaurant onsite in Auburn, as well as many possibilities of places to eat nearby. Meals are not included in Auburn retreat packages. Hotel rooms will have two queen beds. Each hotel room has a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast is not included in the retreat packages in Auburn. However, breakfast is available within the hotel and you may charge it to your hotel room or pay at the front desk. Water will be available in the ballroom. Coffee can be made in your hotel room or ordered from the front desk and charged to your room or paid for at the front desk. The retreat part of things will be the same as in East Aurora. Each person will get a 6' cropping space with access to electricity. There will be goodie bags, door prizes, bingo prizes, etc. Once we get past COVID, we will look forward to the return of charity raffles, page contests and the die cut center. Chair massages will be available (you pay the massage therapist directly). The Hilton Garden Inn looks to be a great place for weekend retreats!
