We will be holding a raffle fundraiser and a special donation drive at the November retreat!
Raffle Fundraiser: Buy however many tickets you would like, drop them in the bag next to items you wish to win, raffle drawing will happen on Saturday night!
All money collected from the raffle fundraiser will be donated to Cradles to Crayons, whose mission is "to provide children from birth through age 12 with the everyday essentials they need to thrive — at home, at school, and at play. Our overarching vision — a future free of childhood poverty — inspires our work every day."
Please bring cash or check to pay for any tickets you wish to purchase. We will come around the ballroom selling tickets on Saturday at 4pm. Also, from 7-8pm on Saturday we will be at the registration table selling tickets, and collecting donations for the donation drive as well. Drawings will happen during the 8:30 announcements on Saturday evening!
Since several people have asked: If you wish to donate a raffle item to the raffle fundraiser, please just let me know that you will be bringing something and bring it with you to the retreat. All raffle items need to be brand new, not used. Baskets of items are welcome as well. If you are a consultant, feel free to include a catalog and/or business card along with your raffle item.
Donation drive: On Saturday from 7-8pm, we will be collecting donations at the registration table. Bring in a brand new book, coloring book, or pack of crayons/markers for little girls or big girls and receive a special gift! I will hand deliver all donations received to Worth More Nation.
Worth More Nation is a local organization that helps girls in the foster system. They focus on "Empowering girls to know their worth"! We will be collecting supplies for the princess packages that are handed out to girls in foster care and those coming out of trauma situations.
