Tests are strongly encouraged, regardless of vaccination status.
Since we will all be gathering in the same room and masks are not required, everyone is encouraged to test before leaving home. Rapid home tests are fine, and a great way to keep yourself and your friends safe at the retreat. You will not have to show results, as this is not a requirement.
For masking, please do what you need to to feel safe and comfortable. Please be understanding and respectful of everyone’s choice whether or not to mask.
Everyone will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival at the retreat stating that you understand and are abiding by the following:
Thank you for your honesty, flexibility and patience as we navigate yet another transition during these Covid times.
Please understand that these policies are subject to change at any time based on Covid numbers, county/state/CDC guidance, etc.

- If you have any Covid symptoms or are feeling ill, you must test.
- If you have tested positive for Covid (regardless of whether you have symptoms or not) and it has been 5 days or less since your positive test, you will not be able to attend.
- If you tested positive for Covid and your symptoms have improved, but it has been 6-10 days since your positive test, you may attend but must wear a mask everywhere in the hotel except in your hotel room. This includes when at your seat.
