a bump in the road...

While I do have some unfortunate news to share, please know that this is just a small bump in the road that we will easily get past. It is important to note that nothing is changing for the October 2015 retreat! The input I'm looking for below would be for the 2016 retreats.

As I worked with Beaver Hollow to set up a new contract for the 2016 dates, I learned that their rates had changed. While I had anticipated a rate increase, I was shocked to see that they had more than doubled the rate that they had been charging us. After negotiations, they were able to come down in price somewhat, but it is still a drastic price increase.

Below I list three different directions the retreats could go for 2016. I have included prices for comparison purposes. Please note that these prices are not definite, just ball park figures to give you an idea of the price for each different option. The prices listed are for double occupancy with Thursday arrival, staying until Sunday afternoon. Please choose the option that appeals to you the most.
