New dates and location for the September retreat!
September 26 - 29, 2024
Hampton Inn East Aurora
Due to circumstances out of our control, the location and dates of the September retreat have changed. The September retreat will now be held at the Hampton Inn in East Aurora from September 26-29 (instead of being at the Buffalo Marriott Niagara from September 12 - 15). For your reference, East Aurora is about 30 minutes south of Amherst.
The new September retreat info is now on the Weekend Retreats page of the website.
Everyone who had previously registered for the September retreat was sent an email a couple days ago with specifics. Those who were previously registered for the September retreat will get first dibs at switching to the new location and dates without a change in price. (Those prices are a great deal for the East Aurora location!) The other options include a refund or switching to the November retreat in Auburn (at the November retreat rates) as long as seats are available. See the email I sent for a link to let me know what you'd like to do.
Registration will open for any remaining seats to the September 26-29 retreat in East Aurora on July 16.
Just to be clear, there will no longer be a retreat September 12-15 at the Buffalo Marriott Niagara.
